Kristen Coakley is an executive coach and leadership consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in Dubai. A Canadian expatriate, she empowers leaders to grow intentionally, navigate transitions, and maximize their impact.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kristen co-leads the Ellevate Dubai Leadership Board, creating platforms for women to connect and grow. She also serves as Regional Co-Chair for the Association for Coaching, promoting industry excellence.

Kristen holds a Master’s in Psychology, a coaching diploma, and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Hult International Business School, she is dedicated to building compassionate, inclusive workplaces for future generations.
